Beautiful and Spacious 1908 Modern Farmhouse

Summary:
Over 1800 sq.ft. in this charming , modern farmhouse. Private driveway with a north and east entry. Large, beautiful trees surround the property. A large family room with 75inch t.v. and kitchen/dining room perfect for gathering. Enjoy morning coffee on the front porch in a rocking chair or on the back patio. Every room has a smart tv, for your viewing enjoyment. There is a desk in the sitting room along with a sleeper sofa for an additional sleeping area on the main level.

2 Main floor full bathrooms, one off dining room and one off the mud room. supplied with toiletries. There is NO bathroom upstairs.

Bedroom 3 has a queen bed with a twin bunk over it, 43" smart tv and desk area. Play space with toys for those traveling with children. Baby gates and playpen provided as well.

Guest Access:
Guest have access to the grounds. There is 3/4 acres that you can use. Barn is inaccessible. Garages are available by request .

House is located on a private corner lot. Close to a small neighborhood.

Large driveway with 2 access point on the north and east side of property. There is also parking available between garages and barn. Property is located of 2 main streets.

Other Things to Note:
There is no bathroom on second level. Stairs are narrow and steep and not recommended for small children or those with mobility issues.
There is some occasional street noise. There are fans and noise machines in all the bedrooms.

Adorable farmhouse!

We had an amazing stay, the farmhouse is absolutely adorable! The home was clean and had everything we needed for a two night stay. The hosts were great to communicate with and I’m sure we will stay again in the future!

Wonderful stay

We cannot speak highly enough about our experience with this property. The home was beautiful, sparkling clean, and extremely well equipped; the pictures don't do it justice. “Dream house” were the words used over and over to describe this house. Beautiful house and great location. It was close to everything we wanted to do. The host was amazing to work with. This was the perfect house for our girls weekend!

Perfect!

We have stayed in VRBO’s in multiple places in the US and this is by far the best! Literally anything you might have forgotten, except your clothes, it probably here. My husband calls me a towel snob, to the point I always bring some with us. This place had good towels and plenty of them. The property owners are the nicest people. If my kids ever compete in the area again this is absolutely where we are staying.

Fabulous Family Stay!

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The house was so well put together and had everything we needed. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. We liked being near KC, so we had a quick drive to all the sights we wanted to see. We plan to return next time we’re in KC!
