"I liked that there was coffee available in the lobby 24/7, however what I didn't like was asking the person who checked us in, NOT to put us next to the kids that I just heard say what their room number was....and guess what! We got put in a room RIGHT NEXT DOOR TO THE FAMILY WITH THE LOUD KIDS!! We were told kids were scattered throughout the hotel, but he didn't even try to find us a room not next to a family! We wanted to rest when we got in because we had driven 8 hours....and there was no resting with kids running up and down the hallway. Another thing we didn't appreciate was not having on their website that you have to pay $20 for parking in their ramp! AND the spaces were as small as they could make them. We will NOT go back to this Hilton."

"The room was not as clean as I was expecting considering how nice the lobby and pics were. For the price I am more than disappointed in the cleanliness of the whole establishment. The pool was dirty with leaves and bugs."

"Front desk (Sophie) was rude very unfriendly and very unhelpful.. which was a shame as the hotel is really lovely but her off handed manner spoilt it. We knew we were a little early and our room wasn't ready which we totally understood but when asked at what time would be convenient to check back and told us... I'm not a cleaner so I've no idea! Not at all helpful "

"The room was nice and fairly large with an excellent rain shower head. Had an issue with the toilet when we arrived but it was fixed very quickly. Convenient location to the Plaza. We've stayed everywhere on the Plaza and this would rank in the upper 1/3 of places."

"This was a great place to stay for our first trip to KC. This property is a block from the state line, so we had fun walking into Kansas for dinner one night. We were also able to walk to the neighborhood coffee shop one morning. The neighborhood is very quiet and next to a large park. The house had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!"

"House was in a great location and very well maintained. The only thing negative was the people downstairs were very loud pass 11pm but can’t blame the owners for that. Easy check in and check out. Nice stay!"
