"Reception were very helpful, especially Martin and the other staff at the bar. Our rooms were clean and refreshed daily. Car Parking was not close to the hotel so we needed several trips as we had a lot of loose luggage The hotel was however very convenient for the city yet we slept well"

"Generally our experience was good. Getting there was fairly easy. Check in went smooth, the view from room over the lake was beautifull.we slept well.Food was good, we had breakfast only.Waiting time for an English breakfast seemed bit long and portion size could be bit bigger.Staff was kind and friendly.We stayed there for 1 night only. My only complain is first impression when we entered our room there were big stains on a carpet, which made us uncomfortable and want to leave immediately.On the drain in shower there was still bit of hairs.Carpets in a hallway are worn off as well. Taken away cleanliness issue it is a good value for the money and a lovely set up over the lake."

"Hotel and room were clean, and staff were good, but there was no air conditioning anywhere, in the rooms or the restaurant. They just relied on floor fans. Really not good with the summer we've had. Plenty of parking spaces, but no EV charge points."

"Very nice room, aircon worked extremely well, had to turn it down a bit despite staying over on one of the heatwave nights. Staff were excellent, and breakfast was nice as well. Only thing to mention was the lack of parking availability. Whilst I booked my parking spot well in advance, it was clear they filled up very quickly, and weren't enough spaces for guests. There were EV chargers as well, which were all working and easy to use, but once the car was charged, there was no space to move it to a regular parking spot, so the hotel staff told me to just leave it there overnight, blocking someone else from potentially using it - not ideal for a Hilton. Overall though, excellent, would definitely stay again."

"What can I say , from start to finish every thing about our stay at hogwarts surpassed expectation. Mike was an unbelievable host. He's a lovely, generous, handsome , funny man. Me and my husband had a great time. We needed a break from the noise and stress of every day life. Surrounding areas are beautiful. Nice food Clean accommodations Everyone so friendly Everything you could want for a peaceful relaxing get away. Thanks to Mike for making our stay special. Can’t wait to go back."
