For example we had to take iur own luggage cart to room from valet and two if them told us to bring it back down and not keave it in hall - despite a person obviously asleep in the valet office."

"Good location close to freeway and retail stores, but slightly secluded in the back of a retail center. Room preferences entered with reservation were not fulfilled. Everything was clean. Room was quiet. Breakfast was good but very crowded. Parking seemed pretty secure. "
