Individual room was very clean and nice. Lobby and breakfast area were very clean as well. Elevator, stairs, and halls were a little dirty and not air conditioned. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. The pool was nice to use during some of the downtime we had. The breakfast was a very good standard breakfast. We would be happy stay here again if we were visiting the area again in the future.

Our room was very clean. Bathroom also very clean and looked new. Great walk-in shower. I didn't care for the sink being outside of the bathroom and right next to the entry door, but it did have ample counter space and was also clean and looked new. Bed was comfortable. Had a great experience with the Hotel and Staff over-all, however, I was charged an extra $20.00 which differed than the amount at Booking and also a $200 Cash Deposit at Check-In which was NOT listed anywhere at Booking, which was in-convenient as I had to leave, go to an ATM and Return with Cash. Property should handle this differently. Over-all the Staff, Property, Room, and Amenities were great!

Room was clean, but was noisy. People in the room next to us were so loud. Only one lady was so sweet and friendly , she had long braids and gave us recommendations as to where go eat around town. However there is lady that is bald and is so unfriendly. Breakfast was good and there was plenty of parking.

When we come to Shelby we always use this hotel to stay. The staff is always welcoming and kind. The room is clean and the breakfast is good too. It close to the mall 2 minute walk depending on how fast you walk. Will recommend to others as a place to stay.
