"the renovated historic home was super spacious and light filled. the A/C was great - especially considering it was a heat wave when we were in town, plus plenty of hot shower water. home easily slept 10 with 4 big bedrooms. wish 2nd bath was on main floor instead of basement, but to be expected in a historic home. super close to Ashland University and would be a great place to stay for Balloon Fest which is at the park next door. we didn't cook much, but kitchen seemed to have what would be...

"Everything was better than we could have expected Debbie the host was great she responded quickly back to me.. it’s a very cute cozy clean cottage w high ceilings and very beautiful decor.. we had everything we needed plus a washer and dryer.. the host went above and beyond to make our stay even better than we had planned we will def be back!! "We have stayed at a lot of rental homes but this was better then description as we were looking for small quiet place near Mid Ohio Speedway and was so surprised at how cute well maintained clean comfortable and well stocked with snacks pots pans etc.... for our stay ! Communication was great self check in was awesome !"
