"Our room was not completely as requested. I asked for a room with the most handicap accessibility. We were given a room with handicap accessibility, but which had a tub shower with an available chair for in-tub use. She went to her computer to look up the specifics. She read some information and began to apologize, saying that she had had no idea that any handicap room had a tub in the bathroom instead of a walk-in. Please be sure that the staff members who assign rooms completely understand the handicap accessibility factors for each room. My handicapped family member missed being able to take a shower during this stay, as they could not step up and get into the tub. It created discomfort and embarrassment. "
