The staff at the check in desk were courteous and helpful. The appearance of out side of the property was good and the appearance of lobby and Breakfast area was excellent with big screen TV. Overall the ambience was overwhelming from the time you walked in the front door. The room was clean and in good shape. It had a closet space to hang your clothes and Ironing board. The bathroom had Hair dryer and coffee Machine. The room floor had Carpet wall to wall and the bathroom floor the tile was in excellent condition.

The staff was very friendly especially Jennifer and Melinda. Very accommodating to guests! They were constantly cleaning. The room was clean. Definitely needs an update/remodel but it was clean and fairly comfortable. Could use new mattress. Needs Sugar free syrup for the waffles for diabetics

It was a very reasonable price. The breakfast was adequate. The staff was courteous and friendly. It's a quiet location. You will need to drive a few blocks to find restaurants, but there are several choices.

What The Doctor Ordered

My wife and I stayed at the Quality Inn and Suites in advance of surgery at the very nearby hospital in Rushville. The room was comfortable and clean, if not a bit dated and tired. The hotel was adequate for our purposes.

Betty at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. The back doors did not lock. The exercise gym had a treadmill , a cable weight machine that I had to fix to use ( the cables had come off of the pulley system, the clothes dryer ran for an hour and did not dry a very light load of laundry. It was the only motel in town but was close to the park and several restaurants

This property is pretty clean considering it's age. The facility looked as if they were about to do some renovation but winter caught them before they were prepared so work apparently just stopped. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Overall I have had a pleasant stay.
