"The layout was great! Location is good. Unfortunately they had a few things that need to be fixed such as the back door knob is half way hanging off, you cannot lock the deadbolt on the front door, the light fixture about the table is still hanging (as this is mentioned several times in previous reviews), no broom or vacuum, poor communication with host via VRBO message chat, a few tiles are hanging off the master tub. Very dark at night with no lights going to or on the fishing dock."

"The place was easy to get to and the hosts made it a breeze to check in and start our stay. The place had most everything you would need for cooking and the gas grill was great. We fished and caught a few catfish and perch off of the boat deck. The place was very clean and well taken care of... great visit!"
