"We had a lot of issues during his stay, as the lifts were not working for the majority of the evening. My guest actually has a pelvis injury and so this made the stay very difficult, and had to travel up and down 24 flights of stairs to reach his room. This is a very disappointing outcome for a modern hotel who should not have these issues. It also causes concern for anyone with accessibility requirements. "

"Thanks for having us. Staff and admin services was so welcoming and helpful. Me and my partner cant stress enough how grateful we are for Pagoda Spa and Resort and their hospitality. We made alot of noise one night due to having abit too much to drink. Hotel manager and staff were lovely and could of revoked our accommodation at anytime due to the noise level but instead were very forgiving and allowed us to stay."

"We recently stayed in Sarah’s Bateman retreat and it was comfortable, clean and very quiet. All things I value when trying to find accommodation away from home.The apartment is located at the back of the main house/block, so don’t think you’ve rocked up at the wrong place :) Would definitely stay again and appreciate Sarah’s quick responses and thorough information on check in.
