Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, courteous, well-presented, and genuinely committed to ensuring that our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. No request was ever too much trouble, and every interaction was handled with warmth, efficiency, and genuine care. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to all members of your organisation, including management, front desk staff, valet attendants, the kitchen and culinary teams, waitstaff, and house keeping. Each department contributed significantly to creating a welcoming and seamless experience, and their collective efforts did not go unnoticed. It is clear that Mövenpick Hotel is an exceptionally well-managed and professionally operated establishment. "We had a huge room. One queen, one queen with single plus a spare bed in the lounge area. Huge lounge/dining and everything you could need in the kitchen. We had dinner from the takeaway menu and it was all beautiful"
