Windows in the rooms do not lock..feeling unsafe all the time. On the last day of my stay, we to bed at 11:30. Electric supply was tuned off for 3 hours without notification from 12-3 AM and could not (too hot ) sleep for the night because I did not want to miss the light that morning at 7. Would like a refund for the 4th night. It is sham for hotel. They have one floor out of 14 floor office building.

quite close to mtr station. however, the sofar is too big in a small room. i would like to have a small table rather than the sofar.
