This hotel is exceptionally clean, and the staff are truly outstanding. Every time I travel to this city, I choose this hotel without hesitation. All the rooms shine like a flower—everything is spotless, tidy, and pleasantly fresh. The slippers, linens, and towels are always new and perfectly clean. Despite my two‑day flight delay, the hotel cooperated with me without any issues and kept my full reservation. The staff were extremely respectful, and the hotel is located in the best part of the city.

Horrible service for both side

I have paid to hotels come in advance but the hotel charges me again.... I have claimed to both the hotel and hotels come but they didn’t even care. I had to ask them for 100 times for the refund .... Normally I don’t use hotels come, especially after this matter I won’t use hotels come anymore. The worse service ever.

住宿包早餐我選擇是最便宜的房間，沒有窗，但空調足夠隔音還好，乾淨，如果在有限價錢下，這家酒店還不錯而且酒店周圍也有地道路邊灘，去地鐵站在10分鐘路程內
