Radisson Hotel York

8/10 Good

"Good place to stay for a one night stay. Very close to the city centre, less than a ten minute walk to York Minster and so a good base for our trip. Nice clean rooms, good size. Bathroom was also clean and bright. The kettle was very mouldy though which was a shame so couldn't use this. The car park is also very very small and compact and didn't seem as secure as expected as the barriers are left often."

"This is a delightful hotel very conveniently located for the railway station and city centre. The ambience is outstanding and gives great attention to maintaining the history associated with York and offering an excellent range of guest f,acilities. The staff are exceptionally pleasant and helpful; they work hard to make your stay very enjoyable."

"Super location right next to the train station , the door from the station direct into the hotel is very handy! Have stayed at the Queens Hotel twice now and cant fault anything - staff are really helpful in person and on the phone , and the rooms are a very good size. Beds are super comfy with lovely linens. I would definitely stay again as the rates are reasonable for the location right in City Square near the town centre."

"We got to the hotel at about 19:00 on Friday found a space in the car park easily and used the lift to reception. Check in was and quick and easy. We were on the fourth floor the room was lovely very clean and spacious. We stayed for 2 nights with breakfast each morning, there was a good selection for breakfast and the staff were very polite and friendly . On a whole we had a very pleasant stay at the Clayton hotel leeds"
