"From the moment I arrived, Ashley made me feel so welcome. She was cheerful and accommodating and made me laugh. My room was comfortable and quaint and on the 2nd floor (note: book a main level room if you have large luggage as there is no elevator/lift). The breakfast was great, with options for a continental breakfast or full breakfast. I took an uber so I didn’t have to park but I understand there is parking for guests and those embarking on a cruise. I recommend calling and asking first if you need parking. Staying at the Elizabeth House was a great introduction to England. I couldn’t have asked for better weather. "

The food in the restaurants were delicious and amazing.The room was extremely clean and the bed super comfortable. The overall hotel amenities were above and beyond the norm.
