This cozy Craftsman bungalow is located in the quiet and historic Residence Hill neighborhood just a few blocks and a short walk from downtown Sheridan.
It has the quiet low traffic pace of a cul-de-sac -- mostly only residents drive through the 4 block long neighborhood.

Guests will have access to the entire main-floor unit, along with several outdoor areas.

Parking: You can park directly in front of the home.
Entrance: Simple front-door access to the unit.
Outdoor Amenities: Enjoy the lovely front porch with its retro blue table, the grill in the fenced yard, and the relaxing screened-in back porch.
Shared Spaces: Please be aware that if the downstairs unit is booked by other guests during your stay, the laundry room, screened porch, patio, and backyard will be shared spaces.

This is such a cute house, upstairs and down. If you want more space, let me know and, depending on availability, we can possibly arrange a reservation for the whole home. If not, you'll have the main floor, filled with art, color, cozy furnishings, and thoughtful updates throughout.

This is a quiet residential neighborhood. Folks park in their driveways, or on the street directly in front of their property. Please be courteous and mindful of the neighbors by parking directly in front of the cottage or in front of the garage in the alley if you reserve access to the whole house.

To ensure a smooth and pleasant stay, please note the following details:

Waste Collection: Garbage is collected from the large bin in the alley every Thursday. Recycling is collected from the smaller blue bins every other Thursday.
Summer Maintenance: During the summer months, the sprinklers will run either late at night or early in the morning.
Winter Preparedness: For winter arrivals, the sidewalk will be shoveled for you. A shovel will also be available for your use if needed throughout your stay.
