"They upgraded our room, which was nice because we had a living room, dining room and full kitchen. In terms of cleanliness it was ok, not great. The AC would work on and off, so that was a problem. To find our room we had to go to so many doors (some of them broken). The location is nice because you’re very close to the beach, they provide towels and 2 beach chairs per day (you have to pay $20/day to get an umbrella). The bar drinks are overpriced for the serving (like the vast majority of the prices in the area). Also, it is a bit disappointing that the pool closes at 8pm. Overall, it is an ok hotel. It gets the job done."

"I don’t recommend it to any clean person. It feels like rooms have fleas. My body itch as soon I got in the room. Sheets look like it was cleaned, but body never stopped itching, even I took a shower twice and had to spray my perfume all over my body. I don’t know about food because I didn’t bother eating in there."

"I've been to plenty Tru by Hilton hotels for years and this is the worst. When I first walk in the room the bathroom had a half roll of toilet paper not to mention the toilet was clogged up before I could even use and not enough towels for me and my partner. Rooms were not properly clean and barely could get the TV to work. Valet was taking 20-30 mins to park and retrieve my car. The next time I'm in town I will be finding elsewhere and I could barely get the help from the desk."

"The front desk person is very abrupt and unfriendly. Needs training or maybe another position. The coffee was a little late being made and the place just seems very poorly maintained. The staff around were at least friendly"
