"The hotel was a convenient stop over location for our trip. Usual budget hotel. Check in was easy. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was very bland. The one reason I won't return is the electric car charging facilites for the hotel (operated by Monta Charge). The price was £0.90 per kWh. That is more than any motorway charge point and much more than other Monta hotel charging points I have used before. I would have charged before arriving had I known about this Monta rip off."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful,but this is the only plus for the Hotel, the room was very tired and dated,the room below housed a number of males who talked all night and into the early hours,so much so i had to use ear plugs to try and sleep,the reception is to the side of the building as the front entrances are no longer used,the car park looks like a disused carpark,i didnt have the breakfast,as i didnt want to stay any longer than needed"

"In the room the carpet was filthy. The mattresses were too soft. The internet was poor. The downstairs area looked very uninviting, like it had been left to rot. It was dark and depressing. There was no nice common area to sit and relax in. The carpet on the way to the rooms looked like it hadn't been changed since the 1950s and was threadbare and dirty. The area near the landing toilets was old and smelled of sewage The whole place needs an absolutely thorough makeover."
