"Friendly staff. We had a garden room, which was very nice. Nice view and fake tree trunks in the room. Bed was comfortable. We walked over to the mall for dinner, which was fine. Otherwise it would be a 5-10 minute drive to dining areas"

"The ryokan certainly has accumulated a fair bit of ages, however, it was relatively well maintained. Onsen bath was great, it Moor Spring as they claimed has the highest level of mineral, great for skin. I love the dinner best, with international as well as Japanese styles cuisine. I managed to secure the a Japanese styles room with open air private bath. The summer has considerable humidity, and ryokan attempted to use dehumidifier to remove the humidity. Overall experience was good. "

"The location of the hotel is about 30 mins drive away Unkai Gondola if you intend to visit the sky terrace. The room is clean and bed is comfortable. The only downside is no restaurant at the hotel. Be prepared to drive out for dinner or grab some food back. However, they have well stock communal area with coffee machines, microwave and disposal utensils."
