"Very close to Incheon Airport, and the shuttle bus service is easy to find. The room itself is nice, but I didn’t like the toilet design. The bathroom door is made of frosted glass, has no lock, and doesn’t fully close. You can clearly see the shadow from inside the room. This might be fine for a young couple, but since one of my daughters is a teenager, it made her feel uncomfortable due to the lack of privacy. "

"Quick check in, friendly staff who spoke English, clean room, heated floors, comfy bed with cozy comforter, shops, cafes, restaurants very close by, free and reliable shuttle to airport. This was our second time staying here and this is where we’ll stay again next time. "

"I did not meet any staff in the facility but I have been communicating with one online. They answered all my questions regarding very late check-in. They sent me pdf files of how to get to the hotel coming from the train station on foot and access code to enter the building and instructions on how to check into my room. My unit was very pleasant, clean and welcoming with a dinning hall, sink, appliances for use during quick meals. My room as well was clean, well lit, presentable and comfy. The bathroom is big with high quality toiletries provided. The double bed was firm yet comfy to sleep on. The AC worked so well that I felt cool all night long. Breakfast was just the regular: cereal, milk, toast, butter, strawberry jam and coffee and tea. I really liked staying in Incheon Airport Guesthouse L. I will book it again the next time I visit Seoul."

"I added on the breakfast but the hotel was fully booked so they redirected me from where the usual breakfast is to another location on the other side of the hotel. I ended up not using the breakfast even though I paid ahead for it. The room was stuffy, and the AC very inconsistent. The room was very spacious and overall comfortable other than the beds, which were terrible - rock hard. The pillows were also lumpy. I didn't go into the casino but the rest of the venue was amazing with so many shops and dining options and the splash zone was very nice. I attendedd a concert in Inspire Arena and it was priceless to be able to easily walk over to the Arena, enjoy the show and walk back to my room. I'd happily stay again for that reason, the great staff and nearby shopping/dining."
