"Beautiful property with magical views of the lake by day and night. The staff were so friendly and informative. We really enjoyed the location by the lake and a short stroll for food, bike rental and Kawaguchiko Station. We stayed in a Japanese style room and found it very comfortable and plenty of space. Hot tip - don’t miss going to the onsen, the view of Mt Fuji is spectacular!"

"Extremely clean, friendly staff and quiet hotel. Afternoon tea, evening snacks and breakfast all exceptional. Room was large and bathroom was lovely after a few days of 20,000+ steps. Would highly recommend and wished we could have stayed longer "
