"We are a family of 3. My child flew in separately. When we booked this property, the selected room was advertised as 2 large twin beds and able to sleep for 4. However, when we got there, we were forced to upgrade and paid daily upgrade room fee and another service charge, we were told that the room was for two people only. We had no choice but to accepted the fees. It was outrageous to charge two separate fees when we paid the service fees already on the initial booking. Then the charging daily upgrade fee was being excessive. It should have been a one time fee. Also, the bathroom was so tiny. You could barely moved around there. Also, the air conditioning didn’t work well. The room became stuffy at night. "
