"Overall experience was great with upscale facilities. The self-serviced laundry facility was a plus. Only comments are difficulties communicating with staff due to language barrier. Also, hotel should consider having more English speaking TV channels available in the rooms."

"Room was clean but small. A semi double is definitely only (just!) big enough for one person. Hotel is very large and has good amenities. Breakfast is extremely good with lots to choose from. It can be busy, but the line moves quickly. It takes about 10 minutes to walk briskly to Shinjuku station. The airport shuttle bus stops at the hotel, which is very convenient. "

"I love staying here. Great place, safe, clean, perfect for a solo traveler. Great midway location between Shibuya and Ginza. It also seems to be the quieter location compared to the two APA nearby but of course Roppongi nightlife is a short walk away"

"Great location. Rooms are smaller which is typical in Asia, but nicely appointed. The lounge/bar is modern and interesting cocktails, but it closes too early. The staff enter the room to delivery fresh towels even if you’re in the room which felt strange. The staff are very respectful and friendly. I recommend the hotel and would stay again. "

"I booked the hotel 3 months early, that time my child is 12 years old, so I booked a room which allows 2 adults and 1 child to stay in. However, by the time we arrived at the hotel, my child just turned into 13 and the staff said the room was not suitable for us, but all other rooms were fully booked. We were disappointed with this system, this is too tricky because the child is actually 2-3 months difference on age, the figure and height stay the same, if a 12-year old child can fit in the room, why a 13-year-old not fit? I’d rather book a room with 3 adults, hope this can be fixed next time. "
