"Room was ok, clean, pillows were super small and uncomfortable. We were 2nd floor and the gym must have been above us... people walking back and forth for hours until after midnight then early in the am again. Breakfast was ok, not bad... plenty of it"

"We've stayed here many times and are pleased with every stay. The hot tub and sauna are a nice amenity, the breakfast is fresh, tasty and a great value, the staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and clean."

"This hotel is awful. From beginning to end. We were a family of 30 in town for a funeral. Cockroaches in the bathrooms that scurried out when blow dryer was turned on, bed was broken - like broken! Refrigerator door was off hinges. The shower floor felt spongy. Where the shower head comes out of the wall is open and hollow. Shampoo and conditioner bottles don’t open. Three of our guests got bug bites. My Uncle (84 years old) stepped on a 1/2 inch cockroach in the hallway. There was a leather/kinky convention that we feel we should have been told about as we had kids and older adults who didn’t need to see it. We had pre asked for adjoining rooms on a higher floor and they put us on 1st floor where the cockroaches were. Front staff wouldn’t accommodate and help. It was just a hard situation and hard experience. I do not recommend. "

"Very nice stay here. Clean, updated, amenities you'd find in a 4 star. Only two things wrong...outlet in kitchen was defective so coffee had to be brewed in the bathroom, and cold water pressure was very low. Reported to front desk."

"The TV didn’t operate couldn’t get channels to connect ever even after maintenance came 2 times. Also the hot water wasn’t working long enough for a shower or bath so I took a cold shower ugh !!!!"

"The staff was very helpful when I needed to change my days of staying at the hotel. They helped me solved the problem without any issues. We were there for a sport event and will book the same hotel when we attend the race the next year."

"The man at the front desk was super nice, and helpful. But the room was pretty gross. The cabinets were dirty , drawers had crumbs and dirt. The ac did not work. The man at the front tried to help and be accommodating but we decided to stay elsewhere , so we received a full refund with no problem."
