"This was a very nice hotel to stay at while in Kobe! The location was very convenient, and the facilities were good. The room was good as well and had a nice view of the city. I felt safe and comfortable staying here."

"The hotel is comfortable and nice. The staff are friendly. there is happy hour in the evening with free wine. The only problem is a lack of communal lounge space during the day if you need somewhere to sit, relax, work or wait for friends."

"Hotel staff were very hospitable! Check in was simple and quick! They delivered my delivered luggage to the room ahead of time. The rooms are not up to date, but very clean and has all the amenities. Convenient location for points of interest near the waterfront but a 15 minute walk to Sannomiya. This was my second time in this hotel and I would stay again."
