"This is my third stay at the Grand Nikko and the Grand Nikko could be a great hotel but it’s not quite there yet. The good: the staff were all great and very helpful, bed and bedding good and a good selection of amenities in the room. The less good: room could have been a bit cleaner - still some drink drips here and there and a bit of dirt around light switches / door handles and a few hairs in the shower. The love seat sofa in our room had seen better days and should be thrown out as it was...
