"We stayed here as a family of four (2 adults and 2 toddlers) and found the room extremely cramped. With two strollers and our luggage, there was very little space to move around. After a long day of travel, we asked if it would be possible to switch to a larger room, but were told we would need to pay an additional fee.
The bathroom was also very small, and the sink was located directly beside the bed, which made the layout feel even more cramped for a family. We have stayed at many hotels throughout Japan and have generally found them to be very accommodating and willing to help families without additional charges. Unfortunately, our experience here felt more focused on extra fees than guest comfort.
I hope this review helps other families traveling with young children. If you are considering booking here, I would strongly recommend confirming the room size in advance and requesting a larger room if needed."
