"The photos don’t do it justice. This is a high quality, new home in excellent condition. The location is in a subdivision in a rural area with nicer homes. The home is sited on a hill with natural landscaping and has a beautiful deck."

"This place was cozy and perfect. My daughter recently moved to the area and so I wanted to find a place that I hoped will become a home away from home for my husband and I whenever we visit, and we found it! The bed was comfortable. It's a king size bed, and they are sometimes hard to find so we were thrilled by that. The kitchen has all of your needs, we cooked a few meals and had all the pots and pans we needed. The couch and big chair were also comfy for our movie nights, when our daughter and friend came to visit. The bathroom is also roomy with a full size shower. We didn't need the washer and dryer but that was a bonus. The only issue would be if you had bad knees or have trouble walking, there are about 15 steps up to the apartment. It sits above the owners home. Not a problem for us, but could be for someone with issues. Overall, we loved it and will definately stay again."

"We only stayed one night to attend a wedding in Groton but would have loved to linger at this delightful historic home. Centrally located and convenient. Stocked with everything you need and so many extra touches that made it special. Stocked coffee and tea bar; seating in so many places on the first floor to make conversation easy; welcome book with helpful info and easy to locate Wi-Fi password; notable historic notes and artwork. Nod to the transcendental history of the region. Welcoming and responsive host. All around perfection."
