The gentleman who greeted us at the front desk was excellent! He is a wonderful person and is very kind. His customer service is superb! The room is very nice and comfortable. We are happy to be here.
It was a nice location. Well put together. Clean place for a great price. Would definitely go back.

Just an overnight stop. The room was clean and quiet and front desk check-in was friendly. There wasn’t much around, but we took a short walk to very nice diner.
My partner and I stayed at Nashoban Valley Inn & Suites for two nights while we spent some time in the city for her birthday. We were happy to see how clean and updated the rooms felt. The owners were also very communicative when were coming in late Friday night and made sure we had access to our room as soon as we got in. Overall, we thought it was excellent value for what we paid and would recommend Nashoba Valley Inn & Suites to anyone looking for a place to stay in Ayer that doesn't want to break the bank.
Staff was a definite plus. The condition of the room was also most nice. There were a couple of minor flaws (which I did not report because I left when nobody was available:
The tv remote had an issue with the battery cover (it had slightly broken, and didn’t properly close but still functioned fine)
The closet had gotten its hangers stolen by presumably prior guests (I had brought a couple of hangars with me and didn’t need any more).
The shower was particularly nice and the bed was quite wonderful; everything was clean and the room was well-equipped in all particulars.
I had decided to depart earlier than planned (having mostly finished what might have been four days, almost on the first day - before I had actually checked in! The manager was extremely accommodating and I was permitted to change from four nights, down to two! I saved half of the anticipated charges, with no
penalty and minimal effort. I am delighted with my entire trip (except the horrible traffic I faced both ways when passing near New York City and parts of Connecticut).
The floor felt really dirty, and it got worse with our stay. It made our feet black on our first night, even though we took our shoes off at the door. The bed was really comfortable at least, but the bathroom was worrisome. There were black spots along the ceiling, the fan wasn’t strong enough for the amount of steam that occurred from a shower. The shower curtain wasn’t long enough to keep the water in the tub area so the floor would get really wet. I noticed after the first shower that the steam made the walls look sweaty and a weird smell started to come from the bathroom after every shower. Overall, the room met our needs, but we couldn’t shower with the door closed and had to leave the fan on even if it was cold outside or the smell would get too strong.
