"Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. A very basic hotel (no frills). Basic breakfast. Lower than average room rates accurately reflect what you recieve. Hotel rooms could use some updates, but that would likely cause room rates to increase. It was adequate."

"They had cold cereal but no milk. Also no juice. Children apparently are not welcome, or adults who like milk with their cereal or to drink with their waffles. They had window shades witch blocked out most of the light from outside lights, but curtains are needed too. The outside lights reflected off a mirror on the wall which could have been remedied with curtains."

"Our room was clean and comfortable. An extra light near the entry door would be nice, other than the light on the desk and lamp between beds. Bathroom fan was broken/noisy. Breakfast was the standard fare - Waffles, cereal, omelets, sausage, hard boiled eggs, milks and juices. However, ran out of omelets at 8:30 a.m. and employees weren't checking to refill. Front desk check in upon arrival was friendly, professional and quick. An employee was waiting at the desk, even at 11 p.m."

"The property location is excellent. Close to campus and things to do downtown. One draw back is that because it is close to campus weekends can get loud. Parking is in the back of the house. The entrance for the apartment is in the front of the house. Which meant we had walk through the side yard (in the grass) that made it difficult for rolling luggage. Fortunately our luggage was light enough to carry. The property owner was very easy to message and responded very quickly. We loved the little surprise gifts left on the nightstands! Super cute idea and very appropriate for the area. The beds were very comfortable. The apartment was neat and tidy. We would choose to stay there again. Thank you Benny B for helping to make my nephews high school graduation a success!"

"First walked in the hotel smelled and was hot. The carpets were dirty. There was no AC on in the hallways. The room was hot once we entered. The 1st night I woke up the room was so hot. The AC was on high and as cold as it could go. The maintenance came to look at it and it was colder. The shower had good pressure. When you shower the tub wouldn’t drain all the way. The fridge in the room was very cold. At 1st the bed felt weird sitting on it. Once we slept on it, it was actually very comfortable. There were sketchy people out back throughout the night. (Waking around and sitting in cars)Went to look at the hot tub and pool. The hot tub wasn’t even filled up. So not hot tub. Walked down the hallway on the 1st floor towards the pool they had the AC on for sure. I went to the lady at the desk (day shift) and asked to be moved to the 1st floor. Mind you we had a 4 night stay. This was our 2nd night. Got told there was no rooms. Housekeeping lady told me to ask the 2nd shift lady and she’d probably move me. I didn’t ask. We only had 2 nights left. Danelle 3rd shift lady was VERY polite and helpful. Anything that was needed she helped. She actually went above and beyond. Breakfast the only thing I ate was the biscuits & gravy. It wasn’t bad. The eggs looked weird and not real. More then likely I wouldn’t stay here again."
