Thank you for the warm welcome and in house meal, everything was wonderful.

This was one of the best experiences I’ve had traveling. The onsen was incredibly beautiful, clean, and serene, and the staff were extremely attentive and helpful. The food especially stood out as one of the best meals I’ve had in Japan. I highly, highly recommend this onsen!

The area, and the Lodge itself, are relaxing in a natural setting. Just like Upstate New York. Hike, ski or read a book on the balcony.

Living in a whole house. Huge space for visitors Traditional Japanese pajamas is provided. Nice to experience traditional Japanese living. Great breakfast! Its workers come to your house and make breakfast in front of you. Never imagine in past. Free hot spring close by. Easily one of the best hotels I've every stayed at. The staff is courteous, helpful, and very professional. Despite its age, the hotel does not feel old or worn out - I was pleasantly surprised by how well maintained, clean, and neat everything was. The rooms were generously spacious, offered an amazing view of Mt. Fuji in the early morning, and a wonderful view of the bay at night. The hotel's French restaurant was absolutely fabulous and each meal was a delight. The breakfast buffet was...

Wonderful place to stay and visit. Food is so Good and staff were all accomodating and helpful.

This is our second stay at hotel hagoromo and our family truly enjoys staying here. The staff is warm and welcoming and very helpful. It is very peaceful and serene , truly a hidden treasure. We look forward to staying again on our next visit!

Exciting experience with children.

This hotel is very new, clean and stylish. The car park is very spacious. Though it is just next to the station, as it is at Numazu north exit, there are not many restaurants or shopping area. You need to walk 1.2km to cross the rail in order to reach the south exit side.

Very welcoming and nice staff.

As soon as we got off the bus, the very nice and attentive staff met up with us at the stop and began checking us in and welcoming us with some delicious tea. We were promptly led to choose a traditional robe robe/yakata and led to our rooms after the tea. The rooms are very well kept and was spacious. The ocean view we had was beautiful. We were fortunate to get a room with a private onsen outdoor bath. It was very refreshing and relaxing. Definitely would recommend anyone or group visiting...

A beautiful little inn that has two private Sento (baths) and jazz music playing throughout the day. The rooms were clean and quiet. I had a Japanese style room with a futon but Western rooms with beds are also available. Breakfast changed from Western style to Japanese each day; maybe you can request a specific meal type. The Keith Haring museum is just across the street and there were a few onsen and restaurants a short drive away.

Amazing service
