Immaculate facilities from rooms to the really awesome onsen. Only complaint is the WiFi is slow and not useable at times. Also, having a car here is advised. And there is plenty of free parking.

Easily one of the best hotels I've every stayed at. The staff is courteous, helpful, and very professional. Despite its age, the hotel does not feel old or worn out - I was pleasantly surprised by how well maintained, clean, and neat everything was. The rooms were generously spacious, offered an amazing view of Mt. Fuji in the early morning, and a wonderful view of the bay at night. Beautiful property - absolutely breathtaking from the moment you arrive. The staff were super nice and helpful. David who works at the tea bar is also lovely. Amenities are great here and the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. We never wanted to leave. We got the forest room and it was so nice to wake up to. The public bath was also super clean and nice. Our skin felt great afterwards. Would highly recommend the dinner and breakfast there also. It was a big meal but so delicious.

This hotel is very new, clean and stylish. The car park is very spacious. Though it is just next to the station, as it is at Numazu north exit, there are not many restaurants or shopping area. You need to walk 1.2km to cross the rail in order to reach the south exit side.

Exciting experience with children.

A perfect location to end my Japan trip. Hotel is right on the beach. Every rooms are either face the ocean or Mountain View. And the room was very spacious.
