We had a great stay. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable.

Clean, comfortable room in a quiet area near a beautiful beach. A great place to relax outside the city center. Highly recommended.

I rode my Harley here from Saitama and loved this place. People r nice. Rooms big. Clean and on the beach.

I had booked this hotel thinking it was standard, but it was Japanese style: tatami floor, floor mattress, and no private bathroom (shower). The room did have a toilet, sink, closets, tv, electrical kettle, etc… yet despite not having my own shower was not a big deal. They offer bathhouse: very clean, spacious, with multiple pools (hot water) cold tub, sauna and even an outdoors onsen! Overlooking the river! Fall asleep sleep to a running river, and waking up to it was so soothing. The staff was...

Unbeatable location!

I have stayed in many luxury 5 star hotels, but this place get 10 stars, comfort and service beyond anything you can imagine. Big thank you to the owners for fantastic hospitality!

My only complaint is that I didn't stay there longer. The area and hotel are so calm and peaceful, and the beach views are unbelievable. Definitely recommend for those hoping to get off the beaten path. I'd recommend two nights so you get really get a chance to relax and take advantage of the baths, pool, and beach.

My family of 3 stayed two nights at Hinodeya and it was a wonderful experience all around! This was our first visit to the Izu-Penninsula and we had such a great time. The owner and staff were so kind and accommodating, truly good spirits in this generational owned ryokan. The baths were very relaxing, the entire place was very clean and good spirits all around. If you’re looking for a family run experience vs. a corporate hotel, I highly suggest staying. Also, their massage chair is...

This was a lovely place to spend a short scuba diving vacation on the Izu Peninsula. The ocean views from my room were fantastic. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Cool guesthouse very close to a beach. Helpful stuff and spacious rooms.

Absolutely amazing and the food is SO GOOD. The hot spring baths are so wonderful that my skin was glowing. Staff went above and beyond in true Japanese fashion, and was patient with me when I spoke English. Absolutely recommend and the view is STUNNING!!

Best budget place for anyone who loves outdoors and minimalism.

Clean, nice and friendly! So far this hotel was the best place we’ve been! The location was right next to the sea, with a nice view from the hotel. And we really enjoyed the modern design of the room and their restaurant! Plus their staff were very friendly and helpful! We were driving there, they guided us and provided free parking for our stays. We highly recommend this place for all young couples and families!

this hotel has everything you need for short trip.
