"The staff was extremely courteous and nice. The place is great for an authentic getaway to a peaceful and beautiful spot. The meals were thoughtfully prepared and the settings were perfect!"

The tub was leaking in places and had a slime-y residue inside, and multiple floorboard soft the balcony were rotted through and gave way underfoot. "We had a really lovely stay here. We felt totally immersed in the atmosphere of a traditional Japanese Ryokan. The food was both delicious and always beautifully presented.
