"Great hotel in almost all aspects. The only comment I would make is that the room was not spotless everywhere: There was a thick layer of dust on the ledge which ran the length of the bedroom above the beds."

"This stay was excellent, the location and onsens were incredible. From the private onsen in your room to the public onsen, it was a great experience. If you can absolutely recommend you take the meal option it's incredible for dinner and breakfast in the ryokan."
