The shuttle service was great and so helpful for us to fit in doing as much as possible. The room was perfect, we chose “Mountain View” and it was a great choice. The Uzumi spa was very clean and had everything we needed to relax and wind down. Kids were happy and enjoyed the games and books available in the drawing room. I highly recommend this hotel. "

"The staff were helpful & friendly. The room was small yet met our needs. The hotel is closer to the Takebashi station than it is to the Kudanshita station, which is useful information for travelers. Breakfast is basic but good for getting out early."
