"It was great experience for family trip and no surprises, but there are few things to improve. 1. Booking via Expedia is lacking communication. (Booked BBQ, but Sukiyaki was prepared) 2. Neighbor group was very noisy until 1am. Thank you."

"After staying in Tokyo this place was amazing for our family because of the space alone! The property is around an 8min walk from the end of the Hakone Pass cablecar and the ropeway connection. It rained most of our stay but there is a nice outdoor table set and a lot of japanese anime comics (in Japanese) in a lovely takana room with bean bags. Kitchen is well stocked except i couldnt find a knife but theres a lot of plates, bowls etc etc. The bathtub was amazing on the cold days. Would def...

"室内が綺麗に見えて汚かったです。。。お布団もカビ臭かったので、主人は使わずに寝てました。 お皿もベタつきありで、何度も洗い直しました。 洗剤がきっと中身と外見が違う気がします。油汚れの落ち具合が悪過ぎました。 ただ、宿泊に際しての対応は早くて丁寧で良いと思います。 二度目はないと思いますが、ありがとうございました。"
