"Clean and spacious room, with amazing view of the ocean and fireworks! The buffet offers lots of choices, and they offer many complimentary drinks and snacks after hot spring."

"This is a beautiful historic hotel and I recommend staying here. My only complaint would be the Spa. The treatment itself was lovely and relaxing but the spa itself lacked style, coziness and the treatment room itself was sterile."

"The rooms are so clean, big, and luxurious. Of course the hot spring bath on the balcony is the best amenity, but this hotel also does a great job of stocking every room with other useful items. Don't sleep in and miss the wonderful breakfast and set some time aside to relax in the lounge."

"If you’re traveling to Hakone, this hotel offers a private in-room hot spring. I would highly recommend it to anybody who’s looking to relax. The room is large and spacious, and so is the bath and shower. It was truly a relaxing few days that I spent in Hakone."

"The property was beautiful, peaceful, and very relaxing. The staff were extremely nice and accommodating. We loved the food and the overall experience, definitely a 10/10 all around and one of the best parts of our trip to Japan."
