Only negative was no AC. But an Amazing owner, staff, location and resort:)

No water boiler or tea/coffee in room.

Excellent service, excellent breakfast, very good position of the city. I will be back again for sure.

This hotel is a family operated. They are very helpful, nice, friendly and accommodating…. When I checked in, I didn’t have the right euro change for local tax, no problem …I asked for late check out and they were very accommodating. Also, the price was really incredible and it’s right next to the old city attractions. I highly recommend it!

Impeccably clean, parking in front of building. 10 min walk from old town and multiple food spots Definitely would recommend

There’s some construction happening on the ground floor that worried us at first; however, once we located reception and checked into our rooms we found them to be clean, comfortable, and quite nice. The staff was very helpful and they let us park our van and store our luggage at the hotel while we are away on the Theth-Valbone 3-day trek.

This hotel is one that I would recommend to others based upon its cleanliness and its location in a safe part of the city as well as close to restaurant options. I was able to walk from the bus drop off to the hotel in about seven minutes. I would recommend this hotel to other people without any hesitation.

Excellent

Staff was like personally assigned concierge people at you every wish. Need anything, it is not a problem. We will get it, store it, fix it, make it. I've never encountered such willing, capable, organized, and beautiful hearted people.

Staff was very helpful. Hotel was accommodating.

Super clean, friendly staff and a perfect location

Great location, clean lovely hotel!

Everything was great! I highly recommend this place. My room was beautiful and spotless, the staff was amazing, and the hotel is right in the center of Shkodër. I would definitely stay here again!

The visual experience is spectacular. This is a great experience that only a few will appreciate. Once you finally arrive the family is extremely gracias and they make sure you are well fed...breakfast, lunch and dinner! This is included. If you like to hike or just sit outside and enjoy the magnificent beauty of...
