However, the front‑desk agent wrote down an incorrect room number at check‑in, which caused unnecessary inconvenience at a point when we were already exhausted. The relaxation room also felt underwhelming. We were traveling as part of a group and, after comparing experiences, realized that other nearby hotels may offer better overall value."
