"We checked in really early and the reception staff went above and beyond to ensure housekeeping got our room ready really quickly. We had lunch in the bistro while we waited which was very pleasant. The bar staff were super friendly and very accommodating. The room was amazing and really comfortable, after a long flight and the onset of jet lag it was just what we needed."

"Hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Glasgow and surrounded by many amazing restaurants and bars. 4th time staying here and staff were amazing as always! We had an issue with an aircon leak detector alarm going off at 3:30 am and the staff on the front desk came up and sorted it very promptly. Following day they had organised a different room and moved our luggage for us. These things happen and staff handled it perfectly. Thanks for another great stay. We will be back soon! "

"Large hotel with a lot of space. Gym, pool and hot tub. The hot tub was not very hot, but i understand could be safety. Locker facilities with a swim suit spinner helped with making sure swimwear was dry the next day"
