"Cold water shower first morning. There was hot water later that day and the next morning. Another traveller with me got double billed. It was worked out but did delay her day by about 20 minutes. Rooms were basic but fine. Microwave and fridge in my room both worked fine. "

"The staff at this hotel is wonderful! It seems like a lot of sports teams stay here and they are ready for them. Really appreciated the service from the whole team. Seems like as winter recedes there's a lot of cigarette debris all around the property, a shame guests can't dispose of them properly, my small puppy staying with me managed to try to eat about 20 of them. "The cottage interior was very clean, modern and had all the amenities we needed. The property and the neighbourhood were very quiet and friendly; it was enjoyable to have a good night’s sleep. There are quite few good walking trials nearby. Our family dog and I especially enjoyed the Trans Cda Trail. We didn’t use the supplied cottage watercraft but they were as described in the host’s description. We thought the cottage exterior looked a bit disappointing but that was more than compensated for by the clean, modern interior and the promptness with which the host responded to our messages. Given the lack of rain this summer we (and the host) recommend purchasing drinking water which is readily available at Foodland in Omemee."
