"Great location for a place to stay in Shrewsbury. Abbey Foregte is close enough to the town centre for walking in, but quiet enough for staying. Parking was plentiful at the weekend. Room had everything you needed - plenty of tea & coffee, as well as corkscrew and wine glasses 😉. Would recommend staying here."

"Very friendly staff, easy to check in and location was brilliant. Very reasonable price. The shower did leak into the bar area below and the bathroom shower curtain was dirty and could do with replacing"

"The building was amazing for its age. we didn't experience any lost soles at night cleaning not the best the high dusting hadn't been dne for months rather disappointed being it cost £160 a night and you cnt get a breakfast they recomend 2 cafe's to go towe went in to the bar for a drink and i think we stood there for nearly 10 mins before some asked if we would like a drink"

"A charming historic building converted into a tasteful quirky hotel. There is no lift but lots of stairs going up and down and even to nowhere. It’s close to the English Bridge on a busy road convenient for the town and amenities."
