Thanks to her, I was able to retrieve my phone that I’d accidentally left in a taxi. She went above and beyond, and I am truly grateful for her kindness and quick action. "Lovely hotel, great staff, and the property was very clean. They came to do the cleaning and bedding everyday. There’s a pretty decent size pool for swimmers. The only issue I can think of is the a/c there was little weak, had to ask the staff to fix it. Overall a great stay, highly recommended."

"Beautiful hotel in a central location, just a short distance from the Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square, and the main shopping district. The hotel has its own direct entrance to the shopping mall, making everything incredibly convenient. The pool and amenities are absolutely top-notch and truly next level. The restaurant on the second floor was excellent, offering buffet-style lunches and dinners with an endless variety of delicious food. Beyond the outstanding facilities, the staff made the experience even better — everyone was friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful throughout our stay."
