Every time I go to the Boltwood, I feel like I’m home. They treat you with such care and kindness.

The games and pool table in the lobby was a great bonus. The view over the water was beautiful to watch the sunrise.

This is a great hotel for a short stay. Everything was top-notch except the 4 1/2' deep, 3-stroke pool could hardly be called a swimming pool. I should have read between the lines when "pool" was listed as a "family amenity". There is no restaurant other than a small bar that serves a la carte breakfast items in the morning. Great spot to stay, but neither of my navigation systems got me to the hotel. Look for signage, don't rely on Waze or Googlemaps!

Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, and the woman I met working the breakfast shift on Monday was so pleasant, funny, and friendly! Would recommend this hotel to a friend or family member.

My husband and I have never stayed at a B&B. We were looking for a nearby weekend get-away and found The Centennial House on an on-line search. The Hosts Joan & Steve were very hospitable and knowledgable of the area and it's history and attractions. The surrounding area, the room and the breakfast were beautiful, comfortable and delicious!! Super welcoming staff

I've traveled quite frequently the past several years and I can say in all honesty that this is without doubt one of the nicest places I have stayed. I was there for 2 nights and could not have asked for nicer accomodations. The room was spacious, the bed very comfortable and the bathroom spotless. The manager was very gracious, he even lent me his umbrella when it rained the day I had planned to do genealogy research in a local cemetery.

Really pretty and cozy b&b. Delicious breakfast served and beautiful surroundings. Staff is very accomodating.

This hotel is great! The location is right off the highway, making it convenient to get to many areas quickly, using I91 or Riverdale Rd. Breakfast is good, standard hotel food, but fresh. Hot coffee, tea, cocoa available all day and night in the lobby. The lobby is big and a nice area to sit and visit or to just get out of your room for a while. The mall is down the street, and Cracker Barrel, is behind the hotel, McDonalds, and Dunkin’ Donuts in front off. We stay here every time we are in...

The staff went the extra mile to help me. They were also kind and friendly. They definitely made me want to return.

I just needed to get away the rooms was nice and big the shower was lovely and the water stayed hot all of 45 minutes. I was able to relax, watch some tv in peace and think
