"Staff was cery friendly, only disappoinment was there is an extra charge for pool use outside of the Spa. Besides that was a great place for a first timer in Tokyo! Great area to be in as well, felt very authentic and was in close vicinity to the train station, 7/11, quality restaurants, and very photogenic places."

"The rooms are exceptionally clean and reasonably spacious. I love the extra storage space under the beds. The location is also extremely convenient."
