"The hotel location is close to Narita airport and most of all free shuttle bus to the airport. My family stayed in Hollywood Quadruple room, non smoking and it's clean. It's spacious for 3 adults with 4 single beds. The bathroom is a good size with standard bathtub and shower head. We stay there for one night only because we need to catch an early morning flight. There are shuttle buses in front of the hotel early morning to take guests to the airport. Narita airport is huge so you need to know...

"Great location next to the Edo Museum and Sword Museum."

"Everyone was so nice! Our room was clean and breakfast was great."

"Marroad International Hotel Narita Review. I stay here for the convenience. The location of this hotel is very close to NRT airport and they have free shuttle bus available depending how long you stay at the hotel and you’re able to go downtown. They have free shuttle buses that take you downtown for free. I will definitely stay here again."

"We stayed at Richmond hotel for our first night after a long trip. The staff were lovely and the room was comfortable. They made a great effort to prepare the room for my wife’s birthday"

"An unforgateble expirience and the best value for money hotel ever! The location was great with heaps of restaurants and supermarkets at the hotel’s doorstep and 2 different train lines within walking distance. It was so convinient to get around! Good amenities and clean and comfy mattress and pillow! I have to say our room was facing the main street so it was a bit noisy at nights but the hotel offered earplugs. The staff were fantasticly accommodating and super helpful. They were so...

"Room was smaller than expected even for Japan however it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The laundry facilities didn’t work very well."

"The hotel is really beautiful. The rooms are very nice and clean. Very close to the subway and many restaurants around it. The staff was always helpful and the breakfast was on point everyday. The onsen spa is very nice and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again. 100% recommended."

"The front desk team is super helpful and friendly, and they speak great English. The rooms are very clean and a bit more spacious than what you’d expect in a typical Japanese hotel—they even have a microwave, a mini kitchen, and a separate bathroom and toilet. You’re close to lots of restaurants, shops, and convenience stores, and Okubo Station is just a few minutes away. We’d definitely stay here again!"
