"It is a great hotel. In the main, well managed and well run. However, the automated check in is still very difficult to navigate. The check in procedure asks for your name and either a reservation number or a telephone number. Booking agencies like Hotels.com do not supply a reservation number and the system will not accept a non-Japanese phone number. So having waited ten minutes in line to check in (it was a peak time : 3.30 pm) I then had to wait another ten minutes until one of the two staff assisting was able to use my name on his tablet to identify my reservation number. In all the procedure took nearly half an hour. The hotel needs to get booking agencies to supply a reservation number as well as an itinerary number."
