"Great location right next to Shinjuku station with a super helpful staff! The onsite bakery was a great way to start the day and the vibe in the lounge / restaurant made it an easy place to unwind at the end of long fight seeing days. Would go back in a heart beat. If you’re a gym enthusiast, know it’s a small gym that has basic equipment. It’s the only thing we wished was bigger with more options. Overall loved the spot!"

"Location location location. Only 2nd time in Japan and I stayed here both times for 2 of my Tokyo stays. The hotel is in the heart of the bustling area of Shinjuku surrounded by food and entertainment. Also since it’s so tall it’s very easy to get back to after a night in golden gai. The 7/11 in the same building is extremely helpful, we got breakfast and late night snacks there every day. I 100% would recommend this for a first time visit to Tokyo. "Stayed for a week long business trip. Location is great, right across the street from the Takadanobaba station. Compared to an APA, the rooms are slightly bigger and have a more modern design. Breakfast buffet was great and had a lot of options, definitely recommend. Only bad side, washroom has a slight pipe smell typical of some Japanese budget hotels. The shower head was also a little bit dirty."

"The pajamas provided were children size and did not even fit my young slim daughter. I asked the lobby person for a bigger size and the man from the front desk said it was the only size they offer. Although the lobby person apologized it did not solved the problem that they did not have adult size pijamas. I was told that in Japan the hotels provide pijamas that’s why I did not pack one for my stay. I stayed at other hotels during my vacation and they were more adult size and night gown type....

"We stayed at the other location in Shimokitazawa last time we visited, and although the Shinjuku location is nice it is definitely a step below. The onsen was very busy, and a lot of people who seemed less likely to follow the onsen "rules" (brining phones inside, not washing before entering pool, etc). The elevators are very slow, and I found the room layout not very functional (we've stayed in small rooms before, this one was small and felt like the choices prioritized "design" or looking good...

"Great hotel for location and cleanliness! The check in process was not very exciting, the girl that checked us in was not friendly. The location is great! Rooms are small, but that’s typical of Japan. The hotel offers evening happy hours with drinks and snacks, they also provide breakfast as well too. The breakfast is nothing to rave about, just some pastries and coffee. Overall I enjoyed my stay."

"The place is well kept and located in a convenient area. The only issue is that the room is really small and the elevator does not reach the platform. Traveling with a large suitcase would be a problem if you choose to stay in this hotel."
