"I loved my time here. I stayed in a traditional Japanese style room which was a great experience. The view from my room was amazing! The staff were friendly and helpful and my room was clean. There’s a shuttle bus that goes from the hotel to Hakone-Yumoto station but I didn’t use it so can’t comment but that is helpful as 3/4 of the walk to the hotel is fine and easy but the last 1/4 of the way is a pretty steep incline. "My hotel room here had a gorgeous view of the trees and neighboring hotels. I loved having the privacy of an outdoor onsen bath for my room. The dinner buffet offered a wide selection of Japanese and western choices. Would recommend and stay again in the future!"

"This hotel exceeded my expectations. The location is beautiful, overlooking the ocean and a rocky cove with clear water. The onsen was clean, with nice amenities and the same gorgeous views. The breakfast and dinner buffets were wonderful, and the futons were fluffy. Murayama San at the front desk was very kind and helpful. We would love to visit again! "
